No Limits Today Studios Oy ("we", "us", "our") operates the No Limits Today platform at no-limits-today.com. Our registered office is at 2742 SW 8th St, Miami, Florida, 33135-4650, United States, US. What Data We Collect
We collect minimal personal data to operate our free-to-play social entertainment platform:
- Usage data: pages visited, session duration, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic region — collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This data is anonymised and aggregated; no individual-level identifiers are stored.
- Optional account data: if you choose to create an account, we collect your email address and a username. No payment information is ever requested or stored.
- Support communications: if you contact us by email, we retain the content of that correspondence to resolve your query.

How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely to operate and improve the platform, respond to support queries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for real-money advertising targeting, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties beyond those listed below.
Legal Basis (EU GDPR + Finnish Law)
We process data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) as implemented in Finland by the Finnish Data Protection Act (tietosuojalaki 1050/2018), supervised by the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto).

Data Sharing
We share data with:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, and privacy-first web analytics. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Google LLC — Google Ads conversion tracking, only when a visitor arrives via a paid campaign and has consented to advertising cookies.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where required by applicable Finnish or EU law.
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.
Data Retention
Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 30 days. Support correspondence is retained for 12 months after resolution. Optional account data is retained for as long as the account is active, or deleted upon request. Consent records (cookie opt-in log) are retained for 36 months.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access, rectify, or erase your personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time.
